I made this layout in 2009, using my cricut to cut out all of the circles and scallops. I used a DCWV pattern paper stack and Bazzill card stock. The bling I used is from Doodlebug. I love their bling! The cricut cartridge I used was a solutions cartridge called Stamping. It is still one of my favorites to use.
